- Your treatment time may be shortened or it may not be possible to take you for your appointment if you are late.

- Please arrive approx. 5 min before your appointment time.

-Please note 24 Hours notice is required for all cancellations, otherwise 50% of the total treatment price will be charged, if we are unable to re-sell the reserved treatment time. Cancellations should be made by calling us.

- Please turn off the volume on your mobile phone when in a treatment.

- Please remember no smoking is allowed anywhere on premises.

-In the unlikely event that you have any cause for complaint please inform the therapist before leaving the salon, where the manager on duty will do their best to ensure your satisfaction.

- When booking please state any special requirements you may have.

- If you have a preferred therapist please make this known when you book or you will be allocated with the first available therapist.

Please ensure you retrieve all your personal items before leaving the premises as we cannot be held responsible for lost items.

Children Please understand that we can cannot accommodate children under 12 unless supervised by an adult during your treatment.

Medical Conditions Please inform your therapist of any medical condition including pregnancy prior to booking, as some treatments may not be appropriate for you.

Contra-Indications We do not recommend waxing or facials before or after sunbeds, sauna, or sunbathing Alcohol should not be consumed before or after Holistic treatments and ensure you drink plenty of water We do not recommend pedicures if you suffer from athlete's foot, verrucae or fungal infections. A skin test is required 24 hours before having an eyelash tint, wax, Yumi Lashes,Occasional Lashes. Helpful Hints Bring open-toed shoes for your Pedicure Wear loose dark clothing when having a Spray Tan. It is advisable to leave all jewellery at home before treatments i.e. massage, facials spray tan. Gift Vouchers are available for 6 months from the issue date.

Treat all gift vouchers purchased, like cash. Please ensure that you keep all purchased gift vouchers in a safe place, lost or stolen gift vouchers cannot be replaced or refunded. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged. Any unused amount after the expiry date of this voucher will not be credited or refunded.

TreatCard - Our Loyalty Reward Card TreatCard points cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or transferred. Your TreatCard must not be transferred to a third party. Points can only be redeemed on certain treatments. Your TreatCard cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. All client TreatCards remain the property of Crystal Beauty.
