Please understand that no exceptions will be made to this policy.

Deposits:
A 50% deposit is required for all appointments at the time of booking.
Deposits can be paid over the phone or via a payment link.
Appointments booked online will be automatically charged the deposit amount.
Deposits are non-refundable.
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours' notice, your deposit will be automatically applied to your next appointment.
48h or less Deposit -gone

Adjustments to Booked Treatments:
Clients who decide to cancel a part of their originally booked treatments on the day of the appointment will be charged the full price for the originally scheduled services.

Rescheduling Limitations:
We understand that rescheduling may be necessary from time to time. However, if a client reschedules or cancels their appointment twice consecutively (even with sufficient notice), we will unfortunately be unable to accommodate future bookings.

Appointment Reminders:
To help you remember your appointment, we provide the following reminders:
Confirmation Email: You will receive an email confirming your appointment details.
Email Reminder: An email reminder will be sent 3 days prior to your appointment at 8:00 AM.
Text Message Reminder: A text message reminder will be sent 1 day prior to your appointment at 8:00 AM.

Responsibility:
Ultimately, it is your responsibility to remember your scheduled appointment date and time. Please make a diligent effort to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and associated cancellation fees.

Late Arrivals: Arriving late for your appointment will result in a shortening of your treatment time, or potentially the inability to carry out the treatment altogether. In such cases, the full treatment price will still be charged.

To ensure a safe, tranquil, and focused environment for all clients, we require that you arrive unaccompanied for your scheduled treatments. We kindly request that children not be brought to the premises. Treatments will be refused and booking fee charged. Please be aware that we do not offer services to individuals under the age of 18.
