We kindly request that you take full responsibility for remembering the date, time, and specific treatments you have booked. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our clients, your attentiveness to these details is greatly appreciated. At Crystal Beauty, we are dedicated to providing you with exceptional service and a consistently positive experience. To ensure fairness and efficiency for all our valued clients and staff, we have established clear appointment policies that we kindly ask you to review and understand. These policies are in place to minimize disruptions, optimize our scheduling, and allow us to continue offering the highest quality treatments.

Your Cooperation is Appreciated:
To help us maintain a smooth and respectful environment for everyone, we kindly request the following:
Punctual Arrival: Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If this is your first visit, we ask that you arrive 5 minutes early to complete a consultation form. But not earlier than that, unless previously agreed. Attend Alone: To minimize distractions and maintain a tranquil atmosphere, we request that you attend your appointment alone. Plan Accordingly: Please factor in potential traffic delays or parking challenges when planning your journey. These are not considered valid excuses for lateness. We recommend leaving with ample time to ensure your timely arrival. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: 48-Hour Notice is Required

Your appointment time is exclusively reserved for you. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occasionally arise, necessitating schedule adjustments. However, to respect our therapists' time and allow us to offer the appointment slot to another client, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.

Consequences of Late Cancellation or No-Show:
Failure to provide the required 48 hours' notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
This includes, but is not limited to, situations such as:
•Sudden illness
• Childcare issues
• Unexpected personal emergencies
• Transportation problems
• Work-related delays
• Pet feeling unwell
